Repeatedly tried to order and every time I do, it wont let me go through with payment.. Unknown error occurs. Kind of annoying

Ive ordered 4 different items. Took over a month to get them. Dont necessarily get the design you picked, but still a good site. Must be flexible and patient.

The only way to request a refund is by attaching a picture of the product you want a refund of. The app is not allowing me to do that and I am getting super irritated. I am being told by customer service that is the only way to request a refund. I have an iPhone 6 and the latest version of the mama app so I dont get it. I deleted the app and wont be ordering anything else.

Great app ! So many cute things , prices are incredible . I can stay on this all day literally .

Fun app to save things on, super cute items. I havent actually purchased yet but I havent had an issue with the app stalling or shutting down. Its fun to save items that are nice and back later if you want to purchase. Also when I got a new phone and Re installed the app, all my previous saves were still there.

I really like this shopping app I have bought around 50 stuff and out of all my purchases only like 2 items I never received and asked for a refund and got it back. You just need to ask nice and they will respond to you quickly. Its controlled the wish app. I would rate this a 5 star but the new addition that you spin the wheel and get good offers... The prices have not changed they stay the same and I know this because I know these products since I get in every day it really bothers me.! So can you please give us some real deals please and thank you (:
